What information do I need to make a reservation?
To make a reservation, please provide your, overseas accommodation address and your flight details as well as the number of passengers.

What if I can’t find the location I want to book?
If you’re unable to find the location you want to book please contact a member of our customer support team who will be able to assist you.

How do I make changes to my booking?
To make changes to your booking, please contact a member of our customer support team who are on hand to assist you.

What are the payment methods? We accept payment in full once you make your booking. You can pay using all major credit or debit cards as well as Paypal.

Is it safe to make a payment on your site?
Our website is SSL certified which ensures the safe encryption of your card details.We don’t store any details regarding your credit or debit card.

Can I make reservations for children less than two years?
If you are travelling with young children please contact a member of our customer support team so that we may make suitable arrangements for a child seat.

How can I include extra items to my reservation and how much will it cost me?
Extra items such as bikes, surf boards, gold bags and ski bags are classed as extra luggage and there might be extra charges to bring them on board. Please contact a member of our customer support team to discuss costs.

Do you have vehicles available to accommodate wheelchair users?
It’s important that you contact us before you make reservations so that we can select the most suitable vehicle to accommodate your needs.

What areas do you cover?
We cover all areas of Malta.

Do your vehicles have WiFi?
All our buses and coaches are fitted with free WiFi.

What are your opening hours?
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How far in advance should I book my minibus or coach?
All coaches and minibuses should be booked 3 hours in advance.
