What information do I need to make a reservation?
To make a reservation, please provide your overseas accommodation address and your flight details as well as the number of passengers.
How can I include extra items to my reservation and how much will it cost me?
Extra items such as bikes, surf boards, golf bags and ski bags are classed as extra luggage and there might be extra charges to bring them on board. Please contact a member of our customer support team to discuss costs.
How far in advance should I book my minibus or coach?
All coaches and minibuses should be booked 3 hours in advance.
